Kim Goodrich, Director of Development & Communications


Kimberly Goodrich is our Director of Development and Communications. She has served as a non-profit executive and healthcare advocate for over fifteen years with expertise in corporate relations, proposal writing, and the production of special events. Prior to joining Challenge America, she worked as the Vice President of Development for the Multiple Sclerosis Association of America and as the Director of Development and Communications for Can Do MS. 

Kim’s background in healthcare and disabilities advocacy includes work with various adaptive sports organizations. She has served as the Instructor Coordinator of the downhill ski program for the Disabled American Veterans/Veterans Affairs Winter Sports Clinic for the last eighteen years and teaches adaptive kayaking at their Summer Sports Clinic.

Kim holds a B.A. in English and Creative Writing from Western State College, a B.S in Psychology from Alma College and studied Health Services Administration at Central Michigan University. She is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) and a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP). She has presented at fundraising conferences on the topics of Data Analytics, Grant Writing and Best Practices in Fundraising.
